Drafts are up!
We have been open for four weeks and couldn’t be more happy to part of the Ivanhoe Village neighborhood. During our year long DIY build out, we have had the opportunity to meet the local area businesses and neighbors.
We have all 16 drafts up, a wide selection of American craft beers, wines, and bar snacks. We offer draft beer flights for those that want to test out our selection. Three Thursdays a month we have Sushi and Seoul here serving it up.
While the bar is open, there are still a few more additions in the works. We are exploring alternative food options to pair with drinks. Suggestions welcome. Also, we are on the hunt for some old Florida art to hang in the walls.
The neighborhood support has made a year worth of labor poured into the bar well worth it. We are thankful every bar patron that has came by to check out the space and try out our selection.

With over a decade of bartending in Orlando area, Jason Perez steps into his first role as an entrepreneur with the launch of The Thirsty Topher. The approach is to provide Orlando residents with an alternative atmosphere to the downtown vibe. A place where friends can come together, feel at home, and enjoy quality drinks with uncompromising service. After eight months of searching in Winter Park and Mills 50 area, Jason is proud to call Ivanhoe Village home.
While studying Florida Ecosystems at Rolllins, he came across the word “topher” and knew instantly that down the road he would own a bar called the The Thirsty Topher. The word “topher” represents someone that has many interests and is known as the life of the party. To give the bar more characteristics, Jason is building it from the ground up and incorporating the great Florida outdoors in every detail.
